It never rains but it pours! It’s going to be a busy week. On Thursday, May 28th, I’ll be joining four of my favourite jazz musicians for an evening of music at the iconic Baba’s in Charlottetown. Showtime is 8:00. Come early and enjoy the fabulous food.
On the following Thursday, June 4th from 6-8pm, my wonderful friend visual artist Haley Lewis and I will be launching Uncharted an art opening at The Gallery Cafe on Great George St. This will be my first art show. I am beyond excited.
Between these two events my producer Andrew MacIsaac and I will start mixing my new record with Adam Gallant.
And speaking of rain it has been a cold wet spring here on Prince Edward Island, a tough one for farmers and fishermen. Hopefully it will warm up soon and I’ll be writing to you about our summer events at Rock Barra Artist Retreat.
