Group doing workshop exercises at Rock Barra Retreat

Summer Workshops

Each summer we are proud to offer a wide variety of workshops at Rock Barra Retreat. Participants are reminded to bring a brown bag lunch to all events and don’t forget to bring a bathing suit.

Rock Barra Artists Retreat will be following provincial guidelines for COVID-19. We regret that we cannot offer concerts this summer but look forward to performances again in 2022.

Men’s Group with Riley Thomson Smith

Join us at the beautiful Rock Barra Artist Retreat for a weekend of internal and external building. The practice of Breathwork invites us to go deep inside, to begin healing those aspects of ourselves that remain mostly elusive in our daily lives. Working as a team to create something beautiful is a healing experience all on its own. Over the weekend we will spend time working with our hands, lumber and tools to construct an elevated yoga platform for future retreats.

Energy exchange: $200. To register contact Riley at rileytomsonsmith@gmail.com.

The Nature of Beauty Rituals with Katlin Doyle

Through ancient beauty rituals, deep self-care practices, nutrient-dense delicious food, sacred sisterhood, and a weekend spent in the wild nature- we will rejuvenate from the inside out, and the outside in.
