On tour in Ontario with October Browne

November 9, 2015

Hello, Folks.

Well the election is behind us and I must say I really enjoyed running for the Green Party. We had a fine slate of candidates here in P.E.I. and had the second highest provincial popular vote for the Greens, coming in just behind B.C. People were very kind and respectful at the doors and I didn’t even encounter any mean dogs. I’ve decided to try and keep more active on political issues and my new album certainly reflects my […]

Hey, Folks.

My fans are the best! Thank you, thank you. Your generous response to my new recording, I Remember Canada, is heartwarming in the extreme. So many of you ordered multiple copies, paid well over the minimum, and sent lovely notes. I am overwhelmed. I have the classiest fan base out there. If you haven’t had time to order a copy you are welcome to now through Bandcamp.

The video for “I Remember Canada” is being viewed by over 1000 people […]

Not so this fall. My life has been taken over by an alien […]

Friday night is ‘Let Them Eat Cake,’ our annual fundraiser for Rock Barra Artist Retreat at The Haviland Club in Charlottetown. We have a very exciting season planned for the retreat. Go to […]

Spring Concerts and Workshops in Quebec

April 24, 2015

Hi, Folks.

Well we survived the winter, it was a tough one with fully 17 feet of snow! Climate change has not been kind to us. I managed to miss a chunk of it thankfully. We were out on tour for most of February. My son Patrick and I had two amazing shows at The Aliz Gooldin Theatre in Victoria as guests with the 300 piece Getting Higher Choir. It was one of my favourite gigs ever! October Browne and I […]
